Buses are colorized according to the type of city bus: Blue, Green, Red and Yellow.

1. Blue Bus (Main Line)

    Rapid inter-regional transportation (800 won)
2. Green Bus (Branch Line)

Linking main lines and subway trains inside a region (800 won)
3. Yellow Bus (Circular Line)

Circular line transportation inside urban centers and metropolitan sub centers. (500 won)
4. Red Bus (Wide Area Line)

Rapid transportation between metropolitan areas and suburban cities in Gyeonggi Province. (1,400 won)

For your convenience, it is possible to use a transportation card to pay fares instead of paying in cash. Since bus lines are very complicated even for Seoul residents, we recommend you to use the subway unless you are certain about the bus number and the stop.
