Leaders of the 21st century cannot prepare the future solely with business knowledge. Adapting to reality in which various cultures coexist, students at aSSIST experience new cultures and acquire new knowledge Once every semester. Through diverse outdoor cultural activities, students gain experience on cultures that they could normally not encounter or those rarely encountered upon. With objectives to induce teamwork and build cultural attainments needed to become a good leader, aSSIST offers opportunities for sport and cultural activities. So far, activities such as horseback riding, archery, winery, observing musicals have been held. Programs are being improved to be more useful to students by collecting suggestions and surveys from students.
