   (applicants with a GPA less than 3.0 on a 4.0-grading scale must have one recommendation letter from
   his/her company’s CEO)
- Academic Record x2 (in English)
   (all English transcripts must be submitted if the applicant has a graduate degree or has transferred schools
   during his/her undergraduate education)
- Original Copy of TOEIC (750 above) or TOEFL(IBT 90 above) Score Card
- ID Photo (3x4cm) (digital photos are also accepted)
- Registration Fee (Non-refundable): $60
- Letter of Company Sponsorship
